Project Description
Swedish furniture giant Ikea launched a virtual wedding service that makes it possible to actually get married on the Internet. The tongue-in-cheek service requires that the bride and groom have two witnesses present in the room and includes a bunch of real world paperwork to fill out, but other than that, the experience is pretty seamless.

Championing "love at its simplest," the service offers four distinct virtual locations for the wedding and involves picking the time, date and guest list, just like in real life. However, the Ikea Wedding Online platform does require a bit of scheduling.
