BRIEF
The Swedish Post is Sweden's biggest delivery partner when it comes to e-commerce. For Christmas they wanted to encourage and help more swedes to buy their gifts online. But a lot of swedes feel that shopping online is like a jungle and there's no salesperson to ask for help.

SOLUTION
Your Personal Christmas Shopper - an online personal shopper that helps you find unique and personal Christmas gifts based on the person you wanted to giv to. Ten different well-known Swedish online shoppers took swedes on a personal, exclusive and live shopping spree to the best and sometimes most unexpected online stores.

RESULTS
In December 2013 over 1% of Sweden's population spent an average of 26 minutes with the service. 23 % of them returned day after day during the campaign. And The Swedish Post saw a 14 % increase in packages sent with them.
