The technical consultant firm Sweco wants to attract talented students who are also flexible team players. These qualities are essential as Sweco’s many different areas of expertise always interact in the various projects.

The Student Careers Days at the technical universities in the Nordic countries are Swecos’ most important recruitment opportunity. That’s why Sweco need to do something different to stand out in the crowded fairs and be remembered afterwards.

By using digital technology in combination with analog feedback Sweco offered a challenge: Sweco Interaction – a cooperative simulator that shows that good teamwork pays off.
